Gratitude in February 2013

WHAT WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR…

   
• Young Sister Missionaries!! 2 from our ward now! Since The Announcement, over 50% of applications have been from young women—sister missionaries were previously 15% of our missionaries. You GO girls!! [Also the elders are very wonderful of course, but we are just taking a girl power moment here.]
• Our ward Young Men and Young Women leaders and their work on Missionary Month. Thank you so much.
• Lovely new neighbors. You are wonderful.

 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWARD TO…

• Michelle T’s baby boy. . . and Savannah D’s baby girl. . . any day now! (Do y’all need help laundering the onesies and finding your jeans that have belt loops??)  
• Ward YM/YW Missionary Month!
• Valentine’s Day, because cutting out pink and red hearts from construction paper to give away is cheerful, whether or not you get any in return.
• Spring! It’s closer today than it was yesterday.
